I learned how to do the model from CP www.flickr.com and finished it a little bit different, so it is not completely similar to Jorge's beautiful model that can be seen here: www.flickr.com The first two parts show the precreasing (folding the CP), the second part concentrates on collapsing the top part (Knob) and the fourth part shows how to make the actual lid (box). Since the Knob Box is only a lid, in the fifth part I will show how to fold a simple box to accompany it (design by Anna Kastlunger).
