Begin by concealing your eyebrows. I'm using the glue stick method (if you wanna see this more in detail leave me a comment and will make a separate tutorial) 2. Apply Foundation 3. Apply Blue eye shadow to your forehead, nose, sides of your face, jaw line and blend down 4. Apply Green eye shadow to your forehead, nose, sides of your face, jaw line and blend down 5. Cut fishnet stockings into a headband and put over your face to make fish scales 6. Apply BenNye Clown Makeup wherever you want to place your scales 7. Apply Shimmer silver to the scales (I used Platinum 906 by HiP) 8. Apply purple eye shadow to you eyelids 9. Apply yellow as a highlight 10. Apply a darker purple eye shadow to make a Smokey eye 11. Apply Black liner to top and lower eyelids 12. Apply false eyelashes 13. Paint your chest and arms with blue and green craft paint 14. Once paint has dried apply scales (repeat Steps 6 & 7) 15. Apply sequence to your face, chest, and arms 16. Add lipstick of your choice. i used a pick color You can add a wig to complete the look =) Thanks for watching.
