BOOK SEWING DIAGRAM: www.transientart.com BASIC ITEMS NEEDED: -Paper -Scissors or a Paper Cutter -Ruler -Pencil -Glue (Any PVC glue will work, most craft glues work too, like Elmer's white glue. As long as the glue is strong and flexible when dry) -Awl (Something else small and pointy will work well too, a pushpin, needle, etc.) -Needle & Thread (Waxed thread is strong and easier to control, but dental floss can work too) -Bone Folder (A big blunt object will suffice) -Chip Board or Binder's Board -Heavy Books -Clips OPTIONAL -Decorative Paper and or Fabric -Ribbon -Misc. Decorations This is one a several different ways to bind a book. It's pretty easy to add your own personal twist when it comes to making a book.
