I know you guys love DIY videos and I love watching them too so I really hope you like this one I'm going to be making some crochet lace tiered shorts, I've seen these so much lately and I am IN LOVE with them! so I decided to make a pair of my own...my mom saw me attempting to make it, and she kinda took over LOL, so credits to my wonderful mama for helping me make these shorts and teaching me (and you guys) along the way! We both decided on the design together and she sewed the lace onto the shorts. I'm not going to tell you guys this is easy, because its not! But it can be done, and its time consuming. This took probably like a couple hours.. if you guys have fabric glue, I recommend gluing the lace onto the shorts first (this makes it SO much easier) and then later sewing on top of the glued lace to add security. In this video, we didn't use any fabric glue or anything, just the sewing machine, hehe. Also, just a tip, if you guys are going to try to look for shorts with a side zipper at a thrift store, in my experience, its kind of impossible! But tons of dress pants usually have side zippers, so if you dont have luck finding shorts w/side zippers go look at some pants, and then cut it into shorts like I did :) Alrighty loves, hope you enjoy this video and hope it helps you out ...

Yup, that's right. 5 to sometimes 8 hours ^^; hehe(don't worry the body doesn't take that long, it's the clothing that does) I've done a Riku(Kingdom Hearts) plushie, Roxas(Kingdom Hearts) plushie, an Edward Elric(FMA) plushie(the one you see here is it's body), and a Dark Mousy(DN Angel) plushie. This variation on the classic pencil skirt is easy enough for even the most beginner DIYer or aspiring fashionista, yet still super chic. I love bright colours, and I especially love the bright jewel tones seen on the runway at Gucci for this spring. I thought colour blocking was kind of over, but I guess it's still in style (or rather it's going out with a BANG). Thanks to Kristen Turner and Kristen Reeves of forever Vainglorious (aka. thread banger style) to turning me on to this collection. I usually just covet the French designer collections (hello Dior!) and dont give much second thought to the Italian ones. Although now I'm starting to realize that maybe Italian designers are a lot closer to my own personal style. I used a bit more than half a meter of stretch knit fabric (ie. teeshirt fabric) and about 25" of 2.5" wide black elastic. How much material you need will depend on your size and how long you want this to be. This would look great as a mini! This was a request that i got. I cut five diamonds in the back and then added a basic/tornado weave. I had to do a fast edit on this video so it's not as short as I usually like them! Plus I didn't get a chance to film a proper intro or outro. Is it okay though?
