I moisture my nails with any oil or nailwax or handcreme,they become flexible ,they bend but not break. I put nailcream under nail if it is enough long.And I wear nail polish all the time,2-3 coats,nails become thicker.Your nails will grow faster with hand massage,do it before sleeping when you aply your handcream,especialy fingers:)It really helps me. Your nails will be strong and healthy,no doubts!!!
